Sometimes we think about poverty strictly in terms of income, without thinking about the impact of not being able to access the necessities of a healthy existence, or the complexities that create barriers for people to achieve those basic needs. Today we’ll be focusing on food security. What is it, how does it affect marginalized groups disproportionately, and what can be done to address this inequity.
