8 - Kosta

Hailing from a mountainous region on the border between Albania and Greece, Kosta never felt fully accepted by either society, but the diversity of cuisines he grew up with inspired him to become a chef. Upon moving to Ireland, he has worked to foster a sense of community and cultural exchange through the dishes he creates.

First broadcast on 103.2 Dublin City FM and funded by the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland with the Television Licence Fee.
