Did Don Henley know (of course he didn’t) as he was singing Hotel California that he was seeing the future of the once-great State I grew up in? “We are all just prisoners here, of our own device.” Or, “You can check out anytime you like….but you can never leave” ? How do I know that the Eagles drummer and vocalist was in the dark? Well, Wikipedia says of Henley that he has donated hundreds of thousands to Demonrat coffers, and, to top it off, Henley at age 72 (he’s now 77) ENDORSED Joe Biden for President! Ouch! Great musician. Lousy thinker. And also, one must say, lousy courage. Since Henley can’t use the excuse that a musician can’t ruffle feathers in the Hollyweird music racket. Don Henley, sitting on hundreds of millions of dollars in his seventies can do and say any damn thing he wants to, and have a good time walking all over the Communist morons in the music cartel.
