We live in an outrage culture where disunity, anger, and hostility have all seem to become normal reactions. And sadly, this culture has begun to leak into the Church. But the Church is not supposed to be shaped by our culture, but instead transform the culture. Christians are supposed to come together to be an alternative society to the world around them; a community of unity, generosity, and love, despite our differences. This is at the center of discipleship as we learn to follow and practice the way of Jesus.
