Serving Others and Reducing Stress

What does it mean to serve others? How is that helpful in our lives? Research shows that we will increase our life expectancy by 44% more if we are able to serve others.

How does that work in your life? In mine, I am serving the Hopebox a great organization helping us to serve someone in the community. And although it is nice to help them financially it is the experience that they all come back saying was the very best part of their experience.
