Breaking the Curse of Illegitimacy

• We want to break the curses, so we can come into the fullness of the blessings that God has for us 
• The curse of illegitimacy is the failure to connect in community because of a sense of rejection 
• In this season, God is not only breaking something off of you, but He is putting something on you 
• “God has to get some things off of you, so He can put some things on you” 
• The curse of illegitimacy will cause you to feel like an outcast and illegal. It will keep you out of community and real relationships
• Three different areas where the curse operates: generationally, 
• “The curse cannot be broken until it’s broken”
• “The forever of the old testament becomes the never of the new testament by the blood of Jesus” - Bob Larson
