Stephanie is a multifaceted entrepreneur, international best-selling author, and inspirational speaker showcasing her expertise in branding strategies through her company Styled by Stephanie. With a dynamic background as a reality TV personality on the entrepreneurship show, The Blox, and a dedicated business mentor through SCORE, Stephanie is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and individuals to achieve their goals. As a non-profit board member and an active member of different event committees, she thrives on collaboration and providing resources that support a business's authentic success.

  • The three things that have helped her through the hard is meditation, journaling, and being out in nature. Then working through the triggers and why it is effecting her. 
  • How she has worked through not listening to what others think and how she uses her own thoughts to encourage herself and what tools she uses to work through what she needs to. 
  • Shares some things that she does and the tools she uses to get back to her fast so she can do what she needs to tend to self, when things are really big. 
  • Leaves her information to get her books and check out her business.
