Do you feel like moving the body but need some presence too?  Are you feeling stressed and need some grounding?  Join me in this guided walking meditation to embrace clarity and presence.  


Find a place inside or outside where you can walk in a straight line.  Find a place where you can pace back and forth.  You will stand, walk to the end of your line, stop, pause, turn around, pause, and then walk to the other side.  Eyes are open.  Breath is steady.  Eyes gaze three feet in front of you.  Focus on each step.  Bring your mind to the present moment.  BREATHE.
