Life in this ocean of possibilities is a struggle and you have to have a tough shell to make it big. Ashley sure makes it look easy! She has worked her way into the community of mermaid performers by having a natural way with children and performance art. She has even started her own company making childhood fantasies become a reality. All the while, supporting a husband going through nursing school and raising a "Nemo" of her own. The challenges of life are much easier with a partner who relentlessly supports you but, they can still be challenging.
