How your partner behaves is HIS or HER story ! Not your fault ever... Do not take on their anger. Its abusive do not allow them to gaslight and manipulate to that somehow you caused it, NO! If someone can not manage and regulate themselves you must inject boundaries because if we accept it they will continue to be abusive ! I'm here reach out if you need help
