Personality Tests

Stephanie and Shawn discuss psychometric personality tests and how they can help you better relate to the variety of people under your care as a leader. Both hosts took the "Enneagram" test provided through Truity and during the show discuss (disclose!) their results... the good, the bad, and the ugly. From there, they explore the other personality types and how, as leaders, awareness of our and our followers' dispositions can make us more effective.
