Oftentimes, we forget how powerful and magnetic our minds can be. One of the things Sheila Sutherland learned throughout her transformational journey is that we'll find whatever we're focused on. She discovered that during the years she spent angry and frustrated, she felt physically ill. Her health was poor, and she felt like a hamster on the wheel, incapable of changing anything in her life.
Sheila Sutherland is a Life Skills Strategist, certified in Social and Emotional Intelligence, a Professional Educator, Speaker, Podcaster, Best Selling Author, and the only licensed "Oh, Shift" Facilitator in Canada. She is a "should" disturber and passionate about helping people live their lives at their best. Sheila faced and conquered divorce, depression, PTSD, and is dealing with a chronic illness. Her coaching style is based on corky humor and boots-on-the-ground style; she doesn't teach from book knowledge.
In this episode, we talked about Sheila's transformational journey and the power of the way we speak to ourselves. Sheila spoke about how important it is to pay attention to patterns in our lives and why we should listen to what the universe, God, or whatever our belief is, is telling us. Sheila kindly shared tips and advice for those interested in changing their lives, and she highlighted the importance of reaching someone when we decide to start making massive changes in our lives.
