With all the challenges that we’ve had to overcome this year, taking care of our mental health has been put on hold, for most of us. However, in order to live a happier and longer life, this should be at the forefront of everything that we do.

Tamy is a happiness and mindfulness coach, a yoga teacher, and the founder of her own company called The Happy Meditator. She’s an experienced mental health counselor, group therapist, and healthcare manager. Her goal is to help people discover a calmer, more meaningful and happier life that is more centered, grounded, and resilient – and she does this with the help of mindfulness techniques, meditation, and scientifically proven happiness strategies.
