Planning is an essential part of goal-achieving; accomplishing something without a proper plan or strategy is extremely hard. Still, only planning is not enough; it is also necessary to assess how things are going along the way. For instance, although pilots have an itinerary from point A to point B, weather changes or other unforeseen events will force them to adjust their routes. 


This episode is an invitation to reassess and, if necessary, adjust the course of our yearly goals. As we are experiencing seasons transition in the world, Summer to Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere, we could use these transitions as guides to help us assess ourselves.
