Who is this podcast for anyway? When considering starting a show, it's important that you get really clear on who your audience is.

In my case, it's one person. The person who is stuck.

I felt something in my gut that said I needed to do a solocast this week. And I wasn't expecting this - but I ended up crying through half of it. I thought about editing parts of it out but I decided to leave it raw and real.
