Chau Nguyen is a former award-winning news reporter who transitioned her compassion into action as the Chief Public Strategies Officer of the Houston Area Women’s Center. Her job description is literally to change culture to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence. In the age of Me Too, women are rising up. I thought it was important to understand what defines abuse, how to get help if you’re in or know of someone in an abusive situation, and how YOU can be part of the solution.
