Episode 274: Nom, Nom, Nom

Each year we painstakingly evaluate, consider, advise, consent, and ultimately decide who and what should be on the annual Joe-cademy Awards listener Ballot. This time around, when it came time to nominate the actors, creators, and films on this year’s ballot, we tried something different. For the first time ever, we pull back the curtain, open the (thankfully metaphoric) kimono, and let you see (actually hear) how the sausage gets made. We should warn you, it aint pretty.
