This entire book from beginning to end is dedicated to helping you develop a daily routine that will empower you to build a new way of thinking and perceiving. Ultimately, creating a solid success routine in which, in time, can create cognitive consonance in areas of belief that held you back for years. Areas where you lacked in confidence or felt “stuck” or somewhat “cursed” because Mom or Dad or Great Grandpa told you that is what or who you are.
During this time, you may have convinced yourself of something which is entirely untrue about your abilities, talents or intelligence. If a success routine is not put into place and adhered to long term, then changes cannot occur. Hence, cognitive dissonance is allowed to continue.
At this point in the book, you should be contemplating the changes you must make if you want to achieve your full potential and rise to greatness.
