In order to create powerful heart energy in every area of our lives and develop Cognitive Consonance, we must raise up new standards to live by and set up a solid action plan for the changes we must make in our routine. 

Below is a brief list of standards you can assess to develop a plan of attack! For each item on the list, consider what you must do to alter your heart energy and focus. Then decide what new habits you will have to adopt in your daily routine to accomplish these changes.
