5 Step Performance Goal Setting (30-Day Planner)

STEP 1 – List 10 things you want to achieve for your business/career/life in the next 30 days (print this page every month, re-examine and re-write your goals) 

STEP 2 – Prioritize these goals in an order that will influence your life/career in the greatest measure. Use the second column provided to change the order of numbers, with accordance to priority.
