So, your ex (or soon-to-be-ex) is speaking badly about you to your kids.

Unfortunately it's not uncommon for an ex or co-parent to speak a little more frankly or openly with the kids than is necessary.

What can you do if your ex is badmouthing you or speaking badly about you to your kids?

In this episode I talk through:

  • What badmouthing is and what it can look like (it's not always obvious)
  • How to respond when your children share that it's happening
  • What to do if it happens in person, when you are present, especially when your kids are also present
  • How to descalate and stop it from continuing (and accept that ultimately it's beyond your control)
