What does forgiveness really look like? One of the reasons we find it so hard is because we think it means we have to ignore the injustice of things that happened.
But this is not actually the case and even when you forgive someone, your emotions towards them may not immediately change. In this episode, we talk about how to have a healthy relationship with your emotions and how that affects our capacity to forgive - including 'negative' emotions like anger, sadness and fear.
