In this heartfelt episode of Refine and Shine, host Angelina Rivera welcomes Brandon Baily, a long-time public high school teacher whose personal experiences with loss sparked a life-changing mission in holistic health.
After losing his close friend Konrad Miles to brain cancer and his mother to ALS, Brandon dove into years of personal research, learning about alternative medicine, anti-inflammatory foods, and Ayurvedic healing practices. What began as an effort to help those he loved eventually became Vitality Blends—a line of natural powders made to support healing, reduce inflammation, and restore the body from within.
🎧 In this powerful conversation, you'll hear:
🗣️ “When you’re surrounded by loss, you start asking deeper questions. I didn’t just want to treat symptoms—I wanted to get to the root.” – Brandon Bailey
🌱 Meet Brandon Baily
Brandon Baily grew up in Barstow, California, and now lives just outside of Nashville, Tennessee with his wife of 19 years and their three young adult children. For over 26 years, he has served as a public high school teacher, and for more than a decade, he’s also been quietly developing holistic, plant-based powders rooted in science and love.
His company, Vitality Blends, is the result of years of studying inflammation, nutrition, and healing alternatives—developed in memory of his late friend Konrad Miles and in support of KC, who continues to battle brain cancer today.
