Babblin with Jack and James - Episode One

In the first Babblin podcast with Jack and James, the lads introduce themselves and explain how they are where they are.

As aspiring Sports Journalists, the pair discuss how they found and ended up on the same University course, and talk us through the trials and tribulations of education. They also share a love of (and an intense rivalry within) the West Country, as well as referencing their first meeting at a football match, and the time they worked for, and almost got sacked from, their club.

There are plenty of anecdotes about dropping out of A-Level courses 6 hours into them and not touching the ball for 4 rugby matches in a row, as well as chats with industry professionals Steve Cotton and Gregor McGregor, and course-mate Caitlin Bennett. Topics include the ever-changing landscape of sports journalism, women in sport, discovering inside scoops in transfer sagas, and interrupting a Royals' first date.
