I. Melchizedek is a type of Christ, vv1-3. II. Melchizedek is greater then Abraham, and so also is Jesus, vv4-7. III. Melchizedek's Priesthood is greater than the Levitical Priesthood, and so also is the Priesthood of Jesus, vv8-10.
