Don't be a martyr. Don't be a man-pleaser. Don't be a mercenary. Don't be a task-master. Don't shepherd for the love of praise. Or for the love of money. Or for the love of power. But deal with your heart to shepherd the flock willingly, eagerly, and as an example.
