Cleaner Air With Tier 3 Fuel

State Auditor John Dougall and Salt Lake County Councilwoman (and gubernatorial candidate) Aimee Winder Newton talk with Thom Carter, UCAIR Executive Director, about Tier 3 fuels and their anticipated impact on cleaner air.

Dougall and Newton then talk with Salt Lake County Councilman Richard Snelgrove about the SL Co. budget process and his and Newton's fight to reduce the proposed tax increase. The Truth-on Taxation hearing will be held Dec. 3, 2019.
