4 Levels of Ethics

• Personal Morality- based on who you are, your parents, background etc... -basic sense of right and wrong 
• Professional Ethics-  each profession has its own set of rules of behavior 
• Organizational- both formal organizational rules and informal org. culture 
• Social Ethics- group rules of your society, often found in laws
