The story of why you can't do the thing you really want, why you can't ask that guy out, or sign up to that class, or start your own podcast or make a ton of money.
What is yours? Not smart enough? Not fit enough? Not qualified enough? Not confident enough? Not pretty enough?
In this episode I share my personal "not good enough story" and what I do to rewrite it and do what I truly want anyway.
Self worth issues will often be the underlying cause for things like procrastination, self-doubt or self-sabotage - so leaning into this work, even if it's uncomfortable, will be SO worth it!
