LEANING IN For The End of 2023

In this episode I talk about LEANING IN - even and especially when there are challenges or things aren't going so smoothly. If you have a default of running from difficulties and dropping everything or giving up as soon as challenges arise, this episode is for YOU!

The things / people / relationships / projects etc. that TRULY matter to us are the things we need to keep nurturing and investing in. And the good thing is this: You can always decide to take your power back, anchor back into your own energy and intentionally pour your love and attention into the things you want in your life. And you can do that after Christmas, before Christmas or really any day and any time of the year. Giving yourself a new start and recentering yourself requires nothing other than your conscious choice.
