The Parable of the Laborers: Is God Fair? (Matthew 20:1-19) - Session 40

Jesus tells a parable of a landowner who hires day laborers at different times of the day but pays the same amount to everyone no matter how long they’ve worked. Is this fair? Before we become servants of God, are we accomplishing anything?  The work that God gives us is working in His vineyard to grow fruit. In the kingdom, we are given work trying to grow fruit for the landowner. What is more important: the time we have to work or Who we’re working for?  

• What if I wake up late and don’t have much time to work? 
• When do Christians get rewards? 
• Is our reward guaranteed?
• We have such little time left, so how should we spend our time?
