In God’s Will & In Trouble (Acts 4:1-12) - Session 8

Peter and John are arrested even though they were doing what God wanted them to do. Even though they are arrested for the gospel message, they do not compromise nor do they defend themselves. 

This session discusses the threat to the gospel message from religious people compared to threats from outside the church. The Christian message goes against the ways of the world and will always be opposed by worldly people. 

• Can we be persecuted even if we are in God’s will? 
• What does it mean to be filled with the Holy Spirit?
• How many ways are there to get to heaven?
