A Suffering Woman Touches the Hem of His Garment (Matthew 9:14-38) - Session 15

This session discusses fasting and also explains the parable of the new wine in the new wineskins. We meet a woman who has an issue of blood that sees Jesus as her only hope. Even though he is busy, He notices a woman on a spiritual level and heals her in a deeply personal way. Jesus once again shows His deity by accepting worship, then raising a dead girl and healing blind men. Jesus will fix us on the inside if we only get close and touch Him.  

• What is the purpose of fasting?
• Did Jesus come to patch up an old religious system? 
• Who has power over death? 
• What will happen if we get close to Jesus and touch Him?
