This week our theme for the podcast is: Uncertainty

I know that a lot of us struggle with uncertainty & what the unknown holds.

I thought it would be really helpful to share some thoughts & encouragement on how to navigate through it & stay positive.

Here are some notes from today's episode:

• It’s common for people to encourage you to enjoy the journey, which means to enjoy the time it takes to get to the thing you are working for.
• This can also mean you should enjoy all the unknowns that can come with waiting, which isn’t always FUN.
• By taking the time to enjoy the time & effort it takes to get to the end of the journey, you naturally appreciate the end result even more than you originally would.
• Trying to rush the process along can create more trouble than pleasure. Having time to adjust along the way can create learning opportunities & give buffer space to fix any problems or issues along the way.
• Rushing only creates stress & anxiety.
• Life requires balance, which means we can’t always be on or off. We need to be continually growing & learning & adapting to new things, as this will contribute to us being better people along the way.
