I know that a lot of us struggle with control issues & how that affects our mental health & everyday life.

I thought it would be really helpful to share some thoughts & encouragement on how to navigate through it & stay positive.

  • Try to avoid things that make you feel out of control.
  • Find some breathing and/or mind exercises you can do in the moment, when you do start to feel out of control or aggressive.
  • Take it day by day & seek someone you can trust to help you calm down & support you in this journey.
