Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!

Thank you so much for joining me again!

Happy Thursday!

This week our theme for the podcast is: Uncertainty

I know that a lot of us struggle with uncertainty & what the unknown holds.

I thought it would be really helpful to share some thoughts & encouragement on how to navigate through it & stay positive.

Here are some notes from today's episode:

  • I believe that we need to know that each new day brings joy & the ability to start over.
  • I understand that life can be hard & we can all spend an enormous amount of time worrying over troubling things, but we need to know that each day is different from the next & that should give us hope for improvement & change.
  • Joy comes in the morning, which is from a verse in the Bible, Psalms 30:5, which can instantly give hope in times of fear & uncertainty.
  • The full verse is, “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.”
  • It’s such an encouraging verse because it clearly states that you may feel overwhelmed with something one day, but everything can change the next. This is so true, if we keep a positive mindset & have the ability to shift our mindset to help us push forward.
  • My main point for this episode is to encourage you to know that anything bad happening in your life can & will get better over time & that can be even as soon as the next day.
  • Try to remember that if you hang on until the next day, you will feel even the littlest bit better & stronger.

Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!

Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.

See you tomorrow for Friday's episode!
