Why Preaching is in the Doghouse

What makes preaching biblical? Why is preaching suffering unpopularity in our churches? And what is needed if preaching is to have an effect? These are some of the questions we are seeking to answer. 

The problem of preaching is not that preaching has been rejected in biblical churches. The problem is what's considered preaching is not. Preaching has declined because of teaching. Teaching has supplanted preaching.
