What do you do when you're filled with anxiety? Do you find it too uncomfortable to feel? Do you look for ways to distract yourself, will-fully tell it to, "fk off", or do you become it and let is take you over?
I used to get angry when anxiety would show its face. I made it mean that something was wrong with me and that I wasn't mentally resilient. Now, I'm still not a fan but I have better ways of managing it.
