I had a great realisation about a week ago when I saw my Kinesiologist, Elena Pilch. The way I have chosen to live my life, the space, the time, the choice of how I work, who I work with, etc is enough. The way I used to work was more hectic, leading to burnout, and my ego believed that when we hit burnout, THEN we've done enough!
So the past pattern was, "work until you're flatlined, because ONLY when you're on your knees with zero juice and life-force can you say you've worked your ass off and proved your worth!" Hands up how many of you do that?
