What is "it"? "It" can be your sense of self, connection to the Universe or faith, belief in your dreams, depth in your relationship or self respect. "It" is something that deeply matters to you and for whatever reason, you've lost connection to it.
That loss of connection in some way, shape or form has and might still be, contributing to you feeling out of alignment, incongruent and out of touch with your inner being. It's okay, this happens, this is normal and sure, it's upsetting. But there is always a route back to reconnect to "it".
