Transformation Is Ugly

Think about the times when you've had a Universal smackdown in areas of your health, finances, relationships or job. Remember how, "ewe" and, "yuck", it felt to go through a period that required old and outdated ways to be faced, torn down and needing to start a-fresh? It felt better when you reset, rebuilt and recreated your life with more self awareness and a solid foundation, yes? Well I believe this is what we are experiencing globally right now.
