Be Sure To Do This When Setting Intentions

In the final episode for 2022 and as we head into that time where new intentions are set, please, listen to today's episode before you get busy setting new goals and intentions.

The more I do this work, the more it becomes obvious that a greater force, far greater than my little human ego self, is asking me to surrender more into the unknown and trust it. That in surrender, a certain space is created for deeper parts of us to speak to us, sharing with us matters that matter deeply.

I get it isn't easy to hand over your life to an invisible force, but as time as passed I can see that I previously I have tried to control too many outcomes, set goals from my ego and haven't left space for my heart to speak. As this has shifted, what I've needed, not wanted, has come to fruition.
