Following a plan is a great way to achieve success in running and any difficult goal you are chasing.  Of course, life tends to get in the way of the plans.  Sometimes we adjust.  Sometimes we miss a day.  Today, we want to dive into the topic of adjusting a plan and how fitting it all in is not always the most optimal choice.
