It's race week, and the nerves are starting to kick in.  You've been training hard, so how do you best optimize yourself for success on race day?  Here are some tips for race week and race day to have you toe the line with confidence.

Always remember - Now is the time to TRUST your training.  There is no benefit questioning it at this point.  Trust that what you have done is enough, because there is nothing more you can do the week before a race to improve your fitness.  The training is done.  This week is about resting and getting ready for the big event.
