When training for a goal, whether a race, a level of consistency, or a speed or distance marker, runners are often starting new training plans.  Even runners without clearly written out plans may change things up a bit when a race hits the calendar.  A big question that must be asked before starting down a new path is where do I start or what do I do first?  In this episode, we dive into the benefits of focusing on increasing strength, speed, or stamina.
