Runners can be grouped into two large categories:  those with consistency and those without consistency.  We have regularly stated that consistency is one of the biggest keys to success, especially long term success.  In this episode we are going to look at consistency from a few angles:  how to establish it, how to maintain it, and what to do if consistency does not seem to be getting results.
