It's almost the new year and that means time for the ever popular New Year’s resolutions.  There was a study a few years back that suggested 80% of resolutions do not stick.  On the flip side, one in five people were able to make a change in their life and that sounds pretty good.  So, how do you make sure that your resolutions stick?  Let’s make 2022 your best year yet.
