160: Interview with Charlotte Gibbs

Welcome back to another episode of Real Health Radio. Today's guest is Charlotte Gibbs. Charlotte is an ultra-distance runner whose relationship with the sport has not always been healthy. After suffering from a succession of stress fractures and amenorrhea, she was diagnosed with RED-S in January 2019. Since then she’s been trying to learn as much as possible about RED-S in order to discover a better way of being an athlete and to try to educate others who are at risk of making the same mistakes.
