When Jessica and her fiancé moved into their new apartment, they found a marble tombstone in a filthy upstairs unit with the name of someone who had died just months earlier. Despite the eerie discovery, they moved in, but soon experienced strange occurrences—flickering lights, shadows, and her cat acting like it was being petted by an invisible presence. The weirdness escalated when her fiancé’s Xbox turned on by itself, right after Jessica expressed her concerns aloud. Then, the same tombstone mysteriously appeared on their balcony, and a quick search revealed a real person had died in a police chase, matching the name on the stone.
