Physicians should NOT invest in Real Estate outside of being a Limited Partner in syndication for an index fund. Do you agree? I had a difficult but great discussion with Dr. Saveika who passionately feels that doctors should be doctors and NOT real estate investors. We navigate the opposite perspective of what we typically surround ourselves with discussing NO leverage and No real estate.
